About Benjamin Galliway

I have been very blessed to be able to successfully manage my passions personally and professionally. I am a husband, a father, a builder, an investor, a volunteer and a philanthropist. I am passionate about teaching, training and developing at all levels. I have the privilege of both leading and following. I manage when needed and I get my hands dirty as often as possible. I am a student of process and efficiency and I always seek a better way. I am as comfortable on a jobsite as I am in a preconstruction meeting or presenting in a board room. I volunteer in my church and community and I have family and friends that I adore. I am blessed. By day I am in construction management and a carpenter by trade. I love to build, to develop and see something come from nothing. I enjoy the front office preconstruction process as much as I do managing on-site. My up-to-date software experience includes but not limited to Microsoft suite including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Team, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Additionally including ProCore, Bluebeam, and NitroPro. I am a Storm Water Operator with current certification. I am a Part 107 certified SAUS Drone Pilot with flight experience across various models. I maintain a class A CDL and current on CPR/First Aid and current with OSHA30. My background includes extensive management experience at mid and upper management levels. By night I am on the building and construction committee for my Church and I have spent 6 years as VP and President of my HOA. I am currently an elected committeeman for the city of Rochester Hills City Council and I am the Executive Director & a board member the Society for Professional Athletes & Dignity After Hockey.    All duties envolved with and expected of a senior project superintendent including but not limited to daily site management, scheduling, expense tracking, safety monitoring and reporting. Field observation and quality control of every aspect of a construction project. Responsibile for monitoring and facilitating RFI and submittals to our office and follow through with those requesting information including architects, engineers, designers and ownership. Financial reporting to my office and 3rd parties. I coordinate, facilitate and run project meetings and communicate daily with trades, city officials, ownership and all parties involved in the project. I am the onsite public face of our organization and I take great pride in that role.
