About Benjamin Dyer
I’m currently studying Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Northeastern University in Boston, including a semester abroad at IE University in Madrid to expand my global perspective. At present, I’m on my second co-op experience with Charles River Associates, where I work on the Talent Acquisition team supporting Senior Associate recruiting strategy, forecasting, benchmarking, and internal initiatives across the firm. My role has given me hands-on experience with market research, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced consulting environment, while strengthening my ability to translate research into actionable insights for business operations.Prior to CRA, I developed a strong professional foundation through roles such as my full-time position at JVS Boston, where I conducted over 1,600 client meetings, and as Co-Director of Sales & Sponsorships for a student-run sports business organization, where I implemented outreach systems and drove financial growth. I’ve also had success in sales, generating over in revenue across multiple companies. Beyond my work, I’m interested in corporate revenue and politics, and how they intersect with the ways businesses balance short-term profitability with long-term sustainability. I’m fascinated by how organizations allocate resources, manage risk, and make strategic decisions that ultimately shape both growth and culture.Outside of the professional world, I’m a passionate fantasy basketball league manager and San Francisco sports fan.
