As an Associate Director, I manage a range of UK and European engagements, working side-by-side with key lenders, management teams and other stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for businesses facing strategic, financial and operational challenges. This includes short-term cash analysis, operational business plan review / forecasting, financial restructuring negotiation and distressed M&A, as well as returns modelling across operational performance cases and leverage structure scenarios. Industry exposure across retail, manufacturing, oil & gas, commercial real estate, transport & logistics, medical and advertising. Transaction Advisory Group (six-month secondment)- Buy and sell-side FDD reporting (QoE, adj. net debt and adj. working capital) across industries including manufacturing, turbines, shipping and wind farms.
