ABOUT BENJAMIN GACHONS

I am a senior strategist with 20 years of international experience in advocacy, strategic communications, partnerships and multi-stakeholder engagement. I have mobilized resources, shaped narratives, and built coalitions to advance development, global health, climate, and social justice. I helped scale pioneering organizations — launching Change.org in France, expanding Avaaz in Europe, and leading the global campaigns function at ONE. At the Eleanor Crook Foundation, I managed major grants and secured a landmark $250M philanthropic investment on maternal nutrition with the Gates Foundation and other partners. Fluent in English and French, I bring deep knowledge of French/EU politics, strong media and civil society networks, and expertise in narrative development, digital campaigning, and coalition-building. À la Fondation Eleanor Crook, j’ai géré un large portefeuille de subventions et facilité un investissement historique de 250 M$ en nutrition maternelle avec la Fondation Gates et d\'autres partenaires. Bilingue anglais-français, je combine expertise politique, réseaux solides dans la société civile et expérience reconnue en communication, mobilisation et animation de coalitions. Passionné par l’impact et la durabilité, je suis ouvert à de nouvelles opportunités pour mettre mon expérience au service du changement.
