I manage all aspects of my projects from scoping & setting timelines, planning resource, scheduling tasks, managing delivery & working to deadlines, stakeholder communication, value tracking and identifying & mitigating risks. I work in cross functional teams encompassing wide skill sets across both internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver enterprise level change. In my team I’m responsible for daily line management of team members and facilitating their professional development and supporting their wellbeing.
