Driven by a passion for human led technology, I currently work in EY America’s Office of the CTO. I work with our service lines and clients to help effectively deploy and utilize AI systems. I start an engineering team dedicated to the fine-tuning and customization of OSS language models and worked on AI products with users. With a Liberal Arts background and experience spanning both technology and business, I bring a unique and comprehensive perspective to the rapidly evolving landscape of AI. My aim is to bridge the gap between human-centric values and technological advancements, ensuring that individuals and businesses can harness the full potential of emerging technologies.I love to share ideas so please reach out.    Model Finetuning Team Creator and Lead- Sourced and organized an engineering team that focuses on finetuning and customizing open source language models. Have expanded the team to 10+(and growing)- Created successful go-to-market and commercailization approach for model finetuning as a service and product, leading to excess demand for the team- Met with global, America’s and Service Line leaders to explain the value of model finetuning, secure funding and discover internal use cases- Led the development of 25+ finetuned models supporting internal and client AI use cases- Presented to Fortune 500 clients around the world on model training, explaining complex technical topics in digestible and actionable ways-Partnership Builds-Supported the design and build of multiple AI platforms- EY.ai Agentic Platform - an agentic platform that enables low code agent prototyping, testing and production deployments.
