Currently.• Developing cell lines for marine species.• Designing and implementing robust and reproducible workflows for bioinformatics, primarily focusing on RNA-Seq, using a combination of R, Python, and Bash. You can explore my work on the TUCCA GitHub Organization: https://github.com/tucca-cellag• Conducting and collaborating on RNA-Seq data analysis for various studies at TUCCA.Previously.• Led and participated in projects involving primary isolation methodology and cell line development for mammalian, avian, and teleost species. These efforts were conducted both internally at TUCCA and in collaboration with the TUCCA Industry Consortium.• Worked on the design team for the Kaplan Lab website and currently serve as an active maintainer.
