I am highly experienced in multi-project management, dealing with and coordinating the local marketing, legal, security, data privacy and IT teams in the national subsidiaries and operating companies as well as managing partners, suppliers, and vendors.Beside a provable project management track record and working with agile development teams, I am also an experienced programme manager, managing programmes with up to 20 international project streams as well as multiple scrum teams. I have a reasonable deep understanding of many cloud, web, IT, telecoms and other technologies as well as related regulatory and legal requirements, acting as the interface between marketing/commercial, legal, security, data privacy and technology departments. My fast learning and paying attention to details, combined with very good analytical skills, support me in understanding complex environments and interactions even in areas that I am new to.
