At 23 years old, I’m pursuing an MBA in Global Leadership at the University of Prince Edward Island, building on a strong academic and professional foundation in finance, strategic thinking, and people-centered leadership. With a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Finance and a consistent record of academic excellence—including multiple Dean’s List honors—I’m passionate about driving meaningful results through initiative, empathy, and a global mindset.Professionally, I bring over five years of progressive leadership experience as a manager, team leader, and head swimming instructor at the Academy of Swimming Excellence. In this role, I’ve developed expertise in client communication, program coordination, safety supervision, and team management. I’m known for my ability to build strong relationships, foster positive team cultures, and lead with integrity and care.Additionally, my volunteer work with the Alzheimer’s Society of PEI has deepened my dedication to service and adaptability, as I design and lead engagement-based activities for individuals with varying cognitive abilities.
