I grew up in a house full of voices. Siblings, ideas, ambition, pressure. Early on I learned to perform, to push, to lead. It took me decades to remember how to feel.Success came fast. Until it didn’t. A crisis in 2014 brought me to my knees and back to my breath. Back to what matters. Since then I no longer chase titles. I follow truth.Over the past 20+ years I have built businesses, scaled teams, and led culture transformations across different industries and countries. I have stood on stages and in boardrooms, guided leaders and organizations through change. Yet today my most important work happens in stillness. In breath. In presence.I am writing a book called Alles verloren, alles gewonnen. It is about growth through pain, about breaking open instead of breaking down. It is about remembering who we are beneath the noise.I work with people who want more than performance. People who long for meaning, clarity, and real connection — in leadership, in life, in self.I am a father of three. A breathworker. A believer in what cannot be seen but always felt. My compass is love. My fuel is presence. My gift is helping others return to their core and unlock their potential.This is not a career.
