I work on complex problems at the point where systems, people, and real-world delivery meet.My background is in technical product leadership within highly regulated, safety-critical environments. I’m at my best when untangling messy situations, spotting patterns, and helping teams turn uncertainty into clear, workable decisions.I’ve worked extensively with international teams and am known for bringing calm structure to fast-moving or ambiguous work. I care deeply about how work gets done — the systems, behaviours, and conditions that enable good outcomes, not just the outcomes themselves.Outside work, I’m active in community leadership through the Stonehaven & District Round Table and have a strong interest in well-being, inclusion, and designing environments where people can do their best thinking.Always happy to connect around thoughtful problem-solving and better ways of working.
