I have been a full-time Real Estate Agent for 35+ years. I love working with people and I find great fulfillment in what I do. It is always a pleasure to help families with their real estate needs. I sell in Montgomery, Greene, Warren, and Clark Counties.I live in Kettering, OhioWenzler Preschool & Learning Center is also a daycare center that I own and help run in Kettering.My love for homes was instilled at an early age, as my family owned Wenzler Construction which built hundreds of homes and several commercial properties in Kettering. My family has always been a huge part of my life, and it continues to be as I enjoy life with my two adult daughters, Stephanie and Ashley. One of my joys is overseeing and owning Wenzler Preschool & Learning Center, a family business that started in 1989.Part of what sets me apart from other realtors is that I pride myself on continually learning real estate techniques and skills that benefit my clients. I am a 3x graduate of The Floyd Wickman Program. In 2011 I earned my SFR and BPOR designations. In 2015 I earned my CNE designation (Certified Negotiation Expert).
