   Formulate, filter, and aliquot cell culture media, growth supplements, reagents, and stock solutions according to standard operating procedure.• Perform endotoxin test for sterile products using LAL assay (gel-clot type).• Perform osmolarity test for media products using MICRO-OSMETTE™ Automatic High Sensitivity Osmometer.• Perform and observe sterility of products within an incubation period.• Adjusting pH for cell culture medium products and certain reagents using digital pH meter.• Generate certificate of analysis (COA) for each product lot.• Operation of large-scale automated aliquoting, sealing, and labeling machine.• Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) of the piping lines and vessels of large-scale aliquoting machine.• Assembly and disassembly of the automated aliquoting machine manifold and nozzles.• Sterilization of glassware, tubings, and aliquoting equipment parts using autoclave machine.• Operation and preventative maintenance of bio-safety cabinet.• Operation of large capacity high speed centrifuge.• Preventative maintenance of digital scales and mixers.• Calibrate pH meter according to standard operation procedure.• Record temperature log for freezers, refrigerators, and certain storage areas.• Utilization of micro-pipettes and serological pipettes.• Maintain inventory of finished products, product parts, and chemical supplies.• Perform proper logistics of products according to other department\'s need.• Support shipping department by kitting and packaging finished products.
