ABOUT SAMI BENIDDIR

With over 11 years of project management experience, I began my career as an independent Real Estate Manager and Broker. With a Bachelor\'s degree in Management and a Master\'s in Communication, I successfully managed five apartments in Algiers and one in Alicante, while orchestrating the sale of industrial land in Algeria. This initial experience allowed me to develop strong skills in strategic management and innovation, which are key assets in the success of complex projects. My entrepreneurial spirit then led me to found Koala\'s Club, a pop culture-themed café-restaurant, and Level Up Shows and Events, a company specializing in event management and communication. For 4 years, I led these businesses by applying Agile project management methodologies (Scrum Master/Product Owner/Kanban). I effectively coordinated multidisciplinary teams, prioritized tasks, and ensured compliance with ISO9001/QMS standards, all while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. To broaden my skills in strategic management and leadership, I pursued an executive doctorate in Public Policy and Economic Management. This education deepened my expertise in economic analysis and resource management, adding a strategic dimension to my project management capabilities. In 2018, I took on a new challenge by becoming Deputy Director of the SAMY Private School Group in Algeria. I applied my executive leadership, Agile project management, and ISO9001/QMS compliance skills to optimize internal processes, enhance team communication, and ensure the institution\'s operational excellence. Under my leadership, the institution continued to stand out as one of the most respected educational establishments in the country, with over 125 employees and 500 students under my supervision. My diverse background demonstrates my commitment to delivering high-quality projects, my ability to lead teams to success, and my expertise in Agile and strategic management—essential skills for any successful project manager.
