I am currently SYNC Specialist at Planet Ford (Texas). We are a full service automotive dealership that provides Award Winning new and used vehicle sales departments. Award winning service and collision departments and a recipient of the prestigious Triple Crown award which is awarded to the top 22 dealers in the nation!I am responsible for teaching our customers their SYNC Systems, Navigation Systems, SYNC Services, on how to operate and use on a day to day basis with voice activated in vehicle technology. With in-vehicle technology becoming standard in many vehicles and the demand for new phones and devices I also assist customers in new phone or device pairing to their vehicles. When Ford issuesupdates to their SYNC System I also assist customers in free upgrades that we provide. I also assist customers in repair and general service to their systems. i.e. Master Resets, or Hard Resets, etc. When we have new employees that join our award winning team I assist them in the competitve edge that Ford has when it comes to selling our product over the competition. I also take customer service as an important priority here at our dealership as typically I am the last part of the delivery process to make sure that all their needs have been met while they were here at Planet Ford of Spring.
