Roster includes Create Music Group, Symphonic Distribution, Proton Radio, Mad Decent Protocol, Ninja Tune, Because Music, Dim Mak, Monstercat, Jamvana, Vicious Recordings, Foundation Media, and UGR digital Media.• Responsibilities with labels include: • Weekly meetings with labels and distributors • Overseeing store success of priority dance artists such as Justice, DeadMau5, Steve Aoki, Diplo, Major Lazer, Subtronics, Chris Lorenzo, Kaskade, AC Slater, and more • Moderating and liaising in curation pitching process of Releases a week between labels and Beatport curational and editorial staff • Assisting in troubleshooting label backend issues, mediating conflicts, faciliating positive impressions of Beatport platform • Identifying and recruiting the proper Beatport personel to assist in label queries and conflicts.Manages and Moderates “Label Support” Zendesk account for the Beatport group, assisting in any and all issues for small scale independent labels.• Contributing member of Beatport’s editorial curation team, including but not limited to Beatportal, Beatport Live, Label of The Month, Hype Label of The Month, and Beatport NEXT.• Ambassador of Beatport’s label team to rising labels in the Los Angeles Dance scene, regularly attending industry events on behalf of the Beatport Group.
