The Help to Grow Management Course was launched by the Government in 2021 to provide small and medium businesses with leadership support. The course is designed to help businesses to identify more efficient ways of working, target new markets, and create a plan to take their business and team to the next level. I have been a business mentor on the scheme since October 2022, working with small business owners and senior leaders one-on-one. I spend time helping them to reflect on the theoretical learning and case studies the course has introduced them to, helping them to work out how the ideas can apply to their own business and growth plan.
