Production Coordinator | Events & Luxury Brand ActivationsContracted Full time RoleAs Production Coordinator involved in luxury branded events and high-profile activations. Supporting the seamless execution of live experiences, Gala dinners, brand pop-up and showcase events. Working alongside the internal creative team and assisting suppliers and vendors to coordinate every detail of production—ensuring smooth operations from pre-production through to on-site delivery.Contributing to the planning and coordination of brand experiences ranging from intimate VIP gatherings to large-scale dinners, private parties and immersive installations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate production logistics for events, pop-ups, and brand activationsOverall support on budgeting, timelines, scheduling, and vendor managementOversee Installation, Live event and de-rigs, organising permits, Health & Safety documents, travel and crew logistics.Maintain communication between creative teams, agencies, venues, and clientsEnsure all production elements align with brand standards and luxury aestheticsResearch and development with creative team, assisting with copy and visuals for pitches/client decks.Artist Liaison for on-site events and Playlist curation for various event types.Assist in on-site setup, strike, and troubleshooting to guarantee event excellence
