Utilize cross-functional communication and planning skills to collect requirements and build out each brand/instance from scratch. · Works closely with Snap\'s legal team to identify and remediate Privacy issues and ensure that all rules and processes in Zendesk are GDPR compliant. Launched workflows/processes for other compliance projects including Digital Service Acts around the globe. · Created workflows to audit Agent logins and offboards in order to free up licenses, saving the company six figures in license fees per year. · Utilizes vendor communication and management skills to assist in negotiating an Enterprise License Agreement that would save the company large amounts of money in licensing, support and storage fees.
