ABOUT BEN PERKINS
As an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Alabama, I combine both experimental, archival, field-based, and qualitative methods to explore real-world challenges in leadership and business ethics. I’m especially interested in what drives people to do the right thing—or the wrong thing—at work, and how leaders shape those decisions.I aim to make my research relevant for the students I teach. I’m passionate about helping students think critically about leadership, ethics, and the complex realities they’ll face in today’s organizations.
