One of the most important things I have learned in my 20+ years in Product Development is that it isn\'t just WHAT you get done, but HOW you get it done. You can be a respectful, inclusive leader while accomplishing your goals or you can be a leader that still gets the job done but leaves a trail of bodies in your wake (not literally of course). I choose to be the former. The ideas and opinions of the of the recent college graduate are just as valid and worthy of attention as those of the seasoned 30-year professional. My brand is that of a resourceful problem solver that overcomes barriers, finds solutions and has a knack for \"seeing around corners\" while striving to be collaborative and engaging with ALL members of the organization. I have a passion for leading teams that develop new products or processes, taking them from a \"blank sheet\" to a fully-realized state, ready for customer delivery, by utilizing my deep cross-functional background in Program Management, Technology, Operations and Quality/Regulatory functions. Learning to weld is my next challenge! Another passion is helping animals in need. Volunteering in animal shelters, fostering pets waiting to find their forever homes or taking in \'un-adoptable\' pets so they get to live out their remaining years in a loving home has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me.

   Lead New Product Development, Continuing and Sustaining Engineering projects. Generate multi-year product development roadmaps and resource plans. • Launched Adapt Air support surface line and Essentia bed frame products.• Built Agiliti PMO and Systems Engineering groups from the ground up, while managing a major NPD project.• Completely overhauled Agiliti Design and Development process, including training 40 individuals as part of implementation. • Launched Agiliti’s Milwaukee Design Center, expanding the R&D organization by 300%.• Implemented new Product Data Management system supporting 30 global users.• Represent Agiliti on S3I (US) and ISO 20342 (International) committees for patient support surface standards.
