I\'m a design executive and founder with 25+ years of experience leading product, brand, and digital innovation. I partner with companies as a fractional or embedded design leader, bringing senior design leadership to teams that need it without the overhead of a full-time hire. I\'m actively exploring how AI reshapes design practice, from creative collaboration to production workflows. I write about design leadership, AI, and the systems that connect intent to execution on my Substack.
