About Ben Elder

At Janney, I work as a Financial Advisor with my partner and father, Steve Elder. When I started with Janney in December 2019, we formed Elder Family Wealth Management within Janney, taking a team approach when working with our clients. This approach gives our team a unique perspective when developing plans and investing strategies for our clients. My Partner, Steve Elder, has over 20 years experience working with clients, helping those clients with their current financial concerns and investing for their future.I am a 2015 graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Upon graduation, I began working at Jackson National as an Internal Wholesaler. I was in that role for roughly 3 years, later being promoted to an Analyst on the Investment Management and Portfolio Strategy Group.
