   Senior Manager, Business Process Management, Revenue Cycle Compliance and Risk Management​ • Led team that serves as “internal advisors” relating to process, risk and controls for Revenue Cycle function leadership. • Advised regional leadership regarding risk management and SOX program compliance focusing on consultation of business control design and impact of technology changes. • Managed up to 5 business consulting specialists on team roles and responsibilities. • Responsible for creation and maintenance of relationships with national and regional Revenue Cycle leadership as well as risk management units such as Internal Audit Services, National Compliance Office, Regional Compliance Office and the SOX PMO office. • Led efforts to establish and implement the Integrated Risk Management (“IRM) Program for the Revenue Cycle function to establish a more efficient and effective risk management program. • Led IRM program strategy and planning efforts for 20••••16 fiscal years as well as management of “day to day” program activities. • Advised organization wide efforts to support risk management programs including providing input on organizational risk levels, mitigation strategies, risk management frameworks, remediation processes and risk management support tools. • Beginning in 2017, led team through significant changes in roles and responsibilities to take a more consultative approach to supporting Revenue Cycle leadership and to reduce past team processes inefficiencies. • Participated in KP sponsored leadership training seminars including “Finance Leadership Institute”, “The Leadership Challenge”, “The Leadership Process: Managing Change” and “The Leadership Process: Managing Achievement”. • Assisted in the reorganization of team roles and responsibilities using DISC profiles as a basis.
