About Frema Benedicta B.
As a social entrepreneur and public speaker, my passion lies at the intersection of technology, poverty interventions, economic growth, and social equity. I believe in the transformative power of technology and innovation to drive positive change in our communities.My journey began with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Development Studies where I undertook community impact projects in the Northern part of Ghana. In 2022, I also had the privilege of completing the Entrepreneur in Training Program at MEST Africa, where I dived deep into business, communications, and technology.My training at MEST served as a launchpad for my software entrepreneurial journey. I cofounded Trober, a mobility startup that is digitalizing public transportation in Ghana. At Trober, I oversee all the marketing activities for brand visibility and customer acquisition. Beyond my work with Trober, I am also a BeChangemaker Finalist, GEDA Fellow, and Roxbourg Fellow on a mission to make a difference using social ventures. I\'m working on projects as Director at the DeLotus Foundation, a social enterprise dedicated to providing technology and livelihood empowerment training to underserved communities, enabling them to access dignified job opportunities.I am open to forging new connections, sharing innovative ideas, and collaborating for a better, more equitable future.
