I am an experienced QA Lead specializing in Roblox, Fortnite, and Minecraft titles. I have a proven track record in leading and managing teams, implementing effective quality assurance processes, and identifying and resolving issues. My background in customer service and public interaction, gained from my time in retail sales at Currys PC World and as a lifeguard and pool manager at Partington\'s Holiday Parks, has equipped me with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
