I have spent over 30 years in education, including senior leadership roles in both established and newly founded learning communities in the UK and internationally.My work centres on creating and supporting environments where children can develop independence, confidence and a strong sense of belonging. I have particular experience in leading schools with a clear educational philosophy, ensuring that daily practice remains closely aligned with the developmental needs of the child.I’ve led schools through growth and change, supported staff in developing consistent, thoughtful practice, and worked to build calm, purposeful environments where children are trusted, respected and able to engage deeply in their work.Now based in the UK, I continue to contribute to schools committed to child-centred, developmentally-informed education.
