A lifelong learner, I have completed a Certificate at Seneca College, in BES Environmental Building Facility Management and Operator Class I & II, and from BOMI has obtained the SMT certificate and is currently enrolled for the SMA. I have completed certificates in Security, Intelligence and Counter Terrorism, and Incident Management at George Brown College, and have my CPTED Level I & II certificate.I used leadership and organizational skills, to successfully conduct preventive maintenance, training and working with the team to ensure all we have the tools needed to complete the tasks.Working along with my team to trouble shoot issues within the building, while providing excellent customer service to tenants of the property and dealing with many contractors and vendors. We look at ways to save on energy and run a healthy building.
