Leading a team of applied scientists and software engineers working on Bits AI, Datadog\'s autonomous agent for alert investigation and incident response. My group builds foundational, large-scale evaluation systems that benchmark agent performance across thousands of real incidents, enabling rigorous measurement, continuous improvement, and safe AI deployment in critical DevOps workflows.Previously, I was a Research Scientist at Brown University and Co-Founder of Einblick (acquired by Databricks), with over 9 years of experience applying machine learning to real-world data science problems. At Einblick, we secured over $10M in funding and led our large engagements with DARPA and BMW. I drove product development of our ML platform, from core design to customer integration. My research has been patented and published in top venues like SIGMOD, VLDB, and BigData. I specialize in LLM-based agents, AutoML, and hyperparameter optimization.
