Sitting within the Retail Pharmacy organization, the Omnichannel & Pharmacy Growth team is responsible for generating incremental revenue in the billions of dollars within an increasingly competitive and highly regulated market, by driving a patient-focused omnichannel pharmacy experience. My teams work with program owners to improve care programs by understanding how, where, and when to communicate with our patients. This helps them better adhere to their treatment programs. We work laterally across (and outside of) the organization identifying test-and-learn opportunities where we can partner on growth strategy. CVS serves ~50% of the retail pharmacy market in America, about 80 million patients a year. We fill 1.6 billion prescriptions, and the teams I work with send nearly 3 *billion* SMS messages a year. In 2023 these teams will deliver $x00M in new growth. If you’ve ever received an SMS message from CVS, chances are it went through one of the teams I work with :)
