My journey into product leadership began not in code, but in media and storytelling. This foundation unexpectedly shaped my approach to building products: fostering a deep appreciation for compelling content and a relentless focus on the user\'s story.I found my calling early as employee #35 at Shortcovers, a spirited ebook startup with audacious global ambitions. From those foundational days, I was instrumental in its evolution: spinning off from its parent company (Indigo), rebranding as Kobo, launching its first e-reader, navigating multiple funding rounds, and ultimately, its acquisition by Rakuten.My 15+ years at Kobo are a testament to my commitment and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. I\'ve had the privilege of taking products from 0-1, building scalable systems, and driving B2C and B2B growth across e-commerce, digital content, and consumer platforms. My approach is rooted in data-driven product development, A/B testing, and seamless cross-functional collaboration, consistently increasing user engagement, retention, and partner adoption.
