As an affiliate professor, I\'m a \"Scholarly Practitioner\" who integrates experience as a leader with the latest in management and leadership research and practice. I serve as Director of the DBA Program in the Gupta College of Business at The University of Dallas - the first AACSB-accredited DBA program in the state of Texas. Affiliate Assistant Professor since Fall 2017 (previously adjunct professor, since 2014), teaching graduate courses in the DBA, MBA and MS degree programs, and an undergraduate leadership class for Business majors. Our DBA program is ranked #6 of the Top 50 Best Doctorate in Business Management Degrees 2016 by topmanagementdegrees.com. Also serving as an instructor in Executive Education, including two cohorts each year from the City of Irving in our Practical Leadership program.
