   As a core member of the UX team, I work with program managers, project managers, designers, researchers, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Software Integration, Localization, Technical Publications, and other teams to create and perfect the user-facing copy for Lucid\'s HMI and mobile experiences: Collaborate with designers, feature owners, and other SMEs to define and refine all copy appearing on the in-car displays and mobile app, including for the user onboarding flow, important vehicle notifications, and all vehicle features and settings, including ADAS, HVAC, user profiles, connectivity, Navigation, and OTA. Help define naming conventions and name various ADAS features, drive modes, and experiences. Work with Legal and Brand to ensure copy complies with all applicable regulations, tone of voice guidelines, and Lucid\'s marketing and UX/UI style guides. Drafted and maintain Lucid\'s UX/UI Style Guide and share style guidance cross-functionally with the Brand, Technical Publications, and Localization teams. Worked with Software Integration and Cloud teams to draft and approve the copy for all release notes for OTA updates and worked with Design to create an image set for software updates. QA\'d all localized release notes prior to posting and managed the process in Jira. Drafted scripts for user education videos (e.g, Lucid Air Learning Series, Highway Assist) and worked closely with the producer, voice talent, animators, editors, product designers, and project owners to ensure videos were technically accurate, informative, and fun to watch. Draft Quick Guides for various new features to help owners learn how to enable and take advantage of these new features in their vehicles.
