Here are some recent successes with our client partners that I spearheaded:\\\\n• Over the past two years, we have completed 10 marketing/recruitment campaigns, which included concept development, script writing, videoing and editing the footage and promoting the videos on digital and social media. We utilized Google Analytics as well as social media targeting to promote the videos to our targeted audience. The result has been a 50% increase in applicant flow during these campaigns as well as a 40% increase in employee retention.\\\\n• We have partnered with our clients on employer branding initiatives, providing them with insights and a roadmap to increase their brand perception among job seekers. We have walked them through this process and provided them with the tools necessary - as well as the consulting - on how to incorporate it and promote it.
