I am an accomplished restaurant people leader with the ability to influence high standards of excellence in the field. I know it is cliché, but I am a true believer that people don\'t care about how much you know until they know how much you care. I make it a point to build relationships with all levels of staff by always saying hello and goodbye, learning what\'s important to each team member and fostering a culture of respect and fun for all including our customers as \"they pay our checks\". I am known for my commitment to the brand, the customer and my team with a servant attitude. I am also a big believer in being delighted with effort and progress, but never satisfied with anything short of industry best. My teams are continually stretched and pushed to achieve more. In 2018, my region was recognized as being company best in overall results in the 2nd quarter. My teams have also been recognized as the highest charity fundraiser for multiple years helping kids with life threatening illnesses at Give Kids The World Village. We have been able to achieve stretch goals by explaining the why, measuring progress often, rewarding the leaders while pulling the bottom up.
