About Bence Magyar

I am a technology and business professional with a passion for building great software products. My background includes over 20 years of experience spanning senior engineering, product, and functional leadership roles. My areas of technical expertise include full stack web technologies, numerous programming languages, and agile product delivery. My current focus on product management puts me at the intersection of business, engineering, and design. I believe in: Working cross-functionally to craft and sell a vision, obsessing over user experience, iterating quickly to arrive at a minimum viable product, and shipping great software that delights customers.In my spare time, I enjoy staying active in the Boston tech and startup community. For the past two years, I have volunteered as a teaching assistant and mentor for RailsBridge Boston. The organization promotes diversity in local tech communities by offering free Ruby/Rails workshops to women interested in learning web development basics.
