ABOUT BEN CATTLIFF

I am a delivery-focused and committed Senior Project Manager, that is eager to take the next step in their career as a Programme Manager, following over 13 years’ of experience in the Telecommunications market. Over my career, I have project managed a variety of projects and programme workstreams at market leaders BT and Sky, whilst having the backing of my management to progress across a different range of knowledge content areas on complex and high priority projects/programmes. With every project and programme, the complexity has grown in technical and non-technical roles, and I have adapted to demonstrate a quick understanding of the requirements and delivery process to complete the project in a successful manner. These areas cover network infrastructure, Access network, Mobile, Voice Core/VoIP, customer premise equipment (routers), process improvement, customer experience and market strategy.I have been able to successfully establish a positive relationship with demanding clients, stakeholders and business partners, through the need for quality of delivery within strenuous deadlines. I am capable of working both independently and as part of a team, as I possess very good interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with peers and reporting up to very senior management and Executives, along with issue management that facilitates a successful working environment with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
