I now head up two brilliant teams at hireful – our Client Services team (4 people who make sure clients have a seamless, well-supported recruitment process, handling the details that keep everything running smoothly) and our Customer Success team (2 people focused on training clients and helping them get the most from our systems).I am currently studying towards my CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development.Alongside leading these teams, I continue my work from my previous role as Head of Recruitment Success – partnering with clients to enhance their recruitment strategies through bespoke training, coaching, and transformation projects. Alongside this I also chair and run hireful\'s recruitment roundtables - where we look to get a number of in-house professionals together virtually to discuss set topics, trends and challenges within our sector.Day to day, my focus is on- Growing the team’s recruitment knowledge- Delivering training and workshops to help clients level up their hiring strategies- Finding better ways of working, both internally and for clients- Exploring how automation & AI can make life easier for clients and colleagues alike
