One of my favorite aspects of my job is getting people from all disciplines across the company to work towards a common goal, bringing everyone together as a team in the process. I am metrics driven, but also know that new products, features and user experiences cannot always be derived from quantitative data. I pride myself on being a quick learner, always paying attention to the details and being able to adapt to almost any situation and timeline. I strive to be an advocate for the user first, but realize that being a great Product Manager is being able to find that delicate balance between user and business needs.
