Leading the Water Accounts team, focusing on customer journeys such as house moves, field appointments, customer and property data, migrations, and property onboarding.Key achievements:• Supported the migration of the first water companies to Kraken, conducting workshops on data mapping, product capabilities, and integrations• Led the delivery of fieldworks for two water companies. of field appointments booked weekly• Identified a need for fieldworks pre-checks, preventing incompatible jobs from being booked - monthly cost saving + reducing agent time by ~5 mins per wrongly booked job• Introduced fieldworks automation: installing a meter, setting up a tariff, sending comms to customers - saving agents ~5-10 mins per job• Led the build of a property onboarding process, onboarding 100s of properties weekly• Led the development of data modelling and journeys for non-household, required by the market operator platform (CMOS), enabling the migration of non-household supply points• Led the development of held reads (meter exceptions)Responsibilities:• Identifying problems, writing PRDs, prioritising based on value/impact, and setting weekly team goals to deliver against initiatives• Developing product roadmaps aligned with stakeholder and user needs• Creating Miro wireframes to illustrate concepts and guide development, while leading product walkthroughs for clients• Team mentoring: Coaching an associate PM, and enabling them to take ownership of key initiatives, then supporting their move to a new team• API and data migration support: Conducting workshops mapping client data to Kraken\'s model, identifying gaps with developers, and testing APIs using Postman
