Hey, I’m Ben. Here’s my background and I am looking forward to meeting you! I was raised in Las Vegas in a big family and grew up loving art. University transformed that passion into a design degree during which I gravitated towards mathematical systems of design and problem-solving. My love of aesthetics and spatial thinking gave way to a deeper passion of solving problems with effective and elegant solutions. At my first corporate gig, early on, a critical colleague’s unexpected departure left me with a huge responsibility to develop omni-channel marketing initiatives that had to significantly grow revenues. I welcomed the challenge. So I led The Venetian’s first-ever offer app development and launch including testing and funnel improvements to boost conversion rates. I became committed to product management. Since going down that path, I have been fortunate to solve product challenges in a variety of industries and business models. I led multiple, global projects producing double-digit uplift at Caesars Entertainment. I went into an unfamiliar market (hunting), and created technology products that were completely disruptive, growing goHUNT’s revenue from near-nothing to tens-of-millions of dollars annually, and taking the crown as the clear market leader. » I have been working in technology leadership and product management for many years with a focus on team building and revenue growth.» I have learned how to build high-performing product management teams while promoting a motivating culture within the organization.» My background in the technology, hospitality, and outdoor industries has provided me with a well-rounded background in product development.»My style is entrepreneurial with a data-driven focus.
