Working with a wide variety of clients who need new/improved transportation infrastructure, I help clients develop and implement organizational change that will set them up for increased efficiency in business and project processes as well as improved communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. One of my favorite things to do is work with clients to translate the relevant details and benefits of complex projects or business processes into language that can be understood by diverse stakeholder audiences. I have been involved in projects spanning the transportation sector - roadway, bridge, rail, toll facility, highway, traffic control, multi-modal, maritime, and air. Phases of projects include communication for pilot programs to understand the potential impact of new policies (like RUC/MUF) as well as public engagement during project planning / design through construction of small- to large-scale transportation system renovations and new builds. In my spare time, I encourage fellow employee-owners to understand how critical they are to the sales process and empower them to engage our clients with focus on the value we can bring to them. With my passion for people + communication skills + engineering background, I connect our Terrific Technical Teams to our Creative Communications Consultants to help our clients see how we can make them successful.
