My career started in IT Support where I learned how to conduct root cause analysis and communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients. This led to 7 years of Management experience leading IT Support and Client Services teams. During this tenure, I found a passion for building new processes and an appreciation for learning, designing, and implementing improvements to existing ones. As an insurance agent, I enjoy the process of reviewing coverages and providing insight on how insurance works. While IT and Insurance are different fields, my approach to both has been to provide great service, educate at every opportunity, and always look for ways to improve.
