ABOUT BEHNAM ASADI
As a Machine Learning Scientist at TD, I collaborate with teams to validate Generative Al (Gen AI) models including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) models and LLM Agents, designing automated testing methods such as LLM-as-a-Judge and embedding-based metrics. My contributions include developing synthetic prompt generation tools and implementing evaluators to enhance document conversion fidelity. Alongside my role at TD, I continue as a Machine Learning Research Associate at York University, where I advanced image and text generation and compression techniques using Deep Fourier Machines and transformer-based neural networks. My academic foundation includes a Master’s in Computer Science from York University and a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Sharif University of Technology.
