Member of the Design Authority team, responsible for delivering end-to-end solution designs for a number of revenue generation and cost reduction projects, with an estimated business benefit of £110m per year- Integration with the BAE Detica NetReveal application for the purposes of implementing an advanced claims Fraud Detection capability - Software assessment, selection & integration design of a new Body Shop Management system for managing repair processes in DLG’s network of 16 wholly-owned Accident Repair Centres - Implementation of a Repairer Invoicing solution to automate the submission, authorisation and payment of invoices generated by Accident Repair Centres - Led the technical governance for a project to implement Detica NetReveal as an externally-hosted Managed Service. This role involved working with a number of Infrastructure, IT Security, Legal, Commercial and Regulatory teams to gain acceptance of this proposed solutionClaims System Replacement (CSR) is a multi-year project at UK’s largest general insurer, replacing the legacy mainframe Claims Handling application with Guidewire’s ClaimCenter & ContactCenter applications.
