After 10 years of managing the growth of the Arizona commercial property & casualty operations, I\'m highly excited to move back into the role of managing and growing my personal book of business. Since my agency was acquired in 2014, have been involved in multiple additional agency acquisitions - merging the acquired staff and operations into ours successfully with little disruption. Work strongly with the Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, and Retirement Planning teams to cross sell and build the operations in those areas. Significant success has been achieved by those teams due to my work in pushing cross sell activities of the group I manage.
