In this role, I oversee all aspects of conference planning, execution, and impact, including:Designing and curating educational sessions that highlight the experiences of justice-impacted individuals.Coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders, educators, and advocates, to ensure the conference reflects a wide range of perspectives.Managing event logistics, including scheduling, marketing, volunteer outreach, and attendee engagement.Raising awareness through social media campaigns and strategic communication efforts to amplify the conference’s mission.Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity are prioritized in every aspect of the event.Through my leadership, the conference serves as a platform for advocacy, education, and community-building, empowering participants to dismantle stigma and drive systemic change.
