Bristol24/7 is the leading independent media outlet in the South West both in print and digital reaching over half of the Bristol population.As well as sharing stories and voices from across Bristol, we are a social enterprise delivering projects that are changing lives in Bristol. Our Community Reporter initiative recruits, supports and employs untrained reporters from some of the city\'s most deprived and disengaged ward to create opportunities and employment and to change the narrative around these areas.We are also the only regional publisher to employ a dedicated Climate and Sustainability Editor in order to keep this content at the forefront of our channels.We work with other companies and organisations to create impactful community projects. To date these include Voices24/7, Talking LGBT+, Stories From Our City and the Young Chefs Programme. We are now partnering with AntiBanquet on an event that will raise vital funds and celebrate the city we love- Bristol Legends.Structurally we are a community interest company, which means that we reinvest any revenue that Bristol24/7 generates into supporting the local community and furthering our mission. Made of a small team of people that all really care about Bristol, there has always been one big question at the core of our organisation: how can we help shape a better Bristol? Underpinned by values of independence, integrity, inspiration, investment (in the people of Bristol) and inclusion we share stories from across the city and hope to inspire positive change. In 2018 we launched our Better Bristol and Better Business initiatives to find a more sustainable model for our social and environmental work and to create a more collaborative approach to addressing some of the city\'s problems. These are now supported by thousands of Bristolians and over 70 local businesses who are helping us deliver on our aspirations to make a positive impact in the city.
