Psychology and 826 Contemporary Topics in I/O psychology every 8 weeks. I prepare video announcements, provide grading feedback to enhance learning, answer emails and phone calls related to course content and career development. Chair Dissertations in the Org. Psych PhD program. Currently working on a model to explain courage, mediated by psychological capital as well as studying the components of CSR and looking to see which components of CSR congruence most effect org. commitment mediated through belongingness.
