ABOUT BEN WILTON

Responsible for the Patient Flow and Appropriate care solutions, within the VitalHub UK flow management pathway. I want to help your patients flow through their care pathway, whilst enabling all required health care and operational professionals to have full visibility of their patients and departments.Previously worked as a UK Business Manager, Regional Manager, Account management and Territory Manager roles. These roles enabled me to gain skills within line management, marketing and sales, as well as exposure to board and director level meetings. I have also had to ensure knowledge of the different National Sales Frameworks and Tenders to ensure the product ranges I was responsible for were available to customers post tender.My territories have included: Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, South Yorkshire and Derbyshire for Molnlycke Healthcare and Flen Health. Covering both Acute and Primary Care Accounts for their Advanced and General Woundcare portfolios. As well as managing a team across the North of England, Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland.Former Territory Manager for Great Bear Healthcare, covering the Midlands area within the Urology sector. I managed a large client base, whilst looking to grow new business opportunities across my territory.(BSc) Sport and Exercise Science graduate from Sheffield Hallam University upper second class degree. Final year subjects including Nutrition and Metabolism, Exercise Physiology, Sport and Exercise Psychology. Final year research through thesis: Exploring Mental Toughness in Elite Cricket umpires, specifically those on the England and Wales Cricket Board elite umpire panel.
